WE SHIP WITH USPS. 

PLEASE ALLOW UP TO 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS (EXCLUDING WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS) FOR PROCESSING AND SHIPPING OF READY-TO-SHIP ITEMS.

FOR PRE-ORDERS AND MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS, SPECIFIC TURNAROUND TIMES WILL BE PROVIDED IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS.

IF THERE ARE ANY DELAYS WITH YOUR ORDER, OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM WILL PROMPTLY NOTIFY YOU.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS ARE EXCLUDED FROM PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES. BE SURE TO ACCOUNT FOR NON-BUSINESS DAYS WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. ONCE YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED, YOU WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL WITH TRACKING INFORMATION.

DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING AT THIS TIME.

LOST OR MISDELIVERED PACKAGES

IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST, STOLEN, OR MISDELIVERED, WE WILL OPEN AN INVESTIGATION WITH THE CARRIER (USPS). ONCE THE INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE, IF THE ITEM IS CONFIRMED LOST IN TRANSIT OR DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS, WE WILL EITHER REPLACE THE ITEM OR ISSUE A REFUND IF THE ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE.

HOWEVER, PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES ONCE DELIVERY HAS BEEN CONFIRMED. IF THE CARRIER DETERMINES THAT THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS, WE WILL BE UNABLE TO ISSUE A REFUND.

IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THAT THE SHIPPING ADDRESS PROVIDED IS ACCURATE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR MIS-DELIVERED PACKAGES RESULTING FROM AN INCORRECT ADDRESS ENTERED BY THE CUSTOMER, OR FOR PACKAGES RETURNED TO US DUE TO AN UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS.
